The AGM was held at performing Arts Centre on April 15th 2024

In addition to some of the more formal aspects of the AGM we   

• Ratified the appointment of three new directors, and the retirement of Peter Rose and Geoff Denton
• Reviewed of key projects and successes 
• Previewed the Launch of  the Charity Impact Campaign

We were delighted to also welcome Daniel Chan MBE as our guest speaker. Dan is a Director at PwC UK, leading their audit work and relationships for charities, higher education institutions and the public sector nationally. He holds a variety of leadership roles with a number of charitable organisations and enjoys a keen interest in marine sports. His presentation will cover broad topics relevant to charities and draw on Dan’s wide experience.
